Photo Medicine is a field of medicine that utilizes light energy to treat a growing number of medical and skin problems. Often we think of light as only causing injury to the skin. Light can however, be very effective in treating a host of skin conditions and in removing unwanted hair efficiently when it is used in a controlled manner. By controlled I mean, the careful and knowledgeable selection of the right wavelength and duration of light exposure.
